Outdated room furnishings!!! Musty smells from old carpet!!! Poor maintenance with patch marks on walls!!! Housekeeping insufficient frequency and thoroughness!!! Lighting in the bathroom is lacking!!! Great potential wasted on neglected details!!!

Very nice hotel and the staff is super nice.
The beds were so so, and the pillows too small. It was pretty pricy for no breakfast included. When we got home from an event, the air conditioning wasn't working, and they didn't have any other rooms to give us. They brought us a fan, and we only received 10% off our bill.

Spent 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. The room was clean and well-lit, making it a comfortable place to unwind. However, the bed felt somewhat hard, which made it tricky to get a good night's sleep. On the second night, I did find ants in the bed, but the concierge promptly moved us to a cleaner room without any hassle. The bathroom had nice free toiletries which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was overpriced at $18 per person and didn’t meet my expectations in terms of quality. The parking situation was frustrating, as the limited spots forced me to park far from the entrance, especially with poor lighting due to overgrown trees. A solid stay overall, but the overall guest experience could benefit from attention to detail in cleanliness and breakfast options.

Great staff and comfy stay
Spent 3 nights here and the staff was super friendly! They were really helpful, always made sure we had what we needed. The breakfast options were solid too, really enjoyed it. Just wish the room was a bit bigger for the price. Otherwise, solid place to crash after a long day.

Had an awesome time with my buddies. The breakfast was solid, perfect fuel for our adventures. The gym was simple but had enough equipment to keep us active between outings.
One thing that threw us off was the lukewarm coffee at breakfast. A hot cup would have really made the meal better.

Couple seeking comfort
The service was polite and helpful when we checked in, it really set a good tone for our stay. I even made my own waffle at breakfast, proud of my culinary skills, while enjoying a pretty decent omelet they had, which I wasn't expecting.
It wasn’t inexpensive though it was still alright for what we got.

I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The lobby was bright and inviting, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior traveler, while the staff’s attentiveness made me feel valued and cared for.
More comfortable mattresses would enhance the experience.

The Hilton Garden offered a range of excellent features, including a well-equipped 24-hour business center that was vital for my work needs, and the staff's dedication to service was apparent from check-in to check-out. Breakfast had a variety of options with freshly baked pastries and freshly brewed coffee, making mornings enjoyable and efficient.
The furnishings in the room were somewhat dated.
